Lifetime Access is intended for the duration of the Service. Your access to the Service ends if E100 Club LTD dissolves or ceases to exist for any reason.

You have one month's worth of access to the Service if you pay a monthly subscription fee. Access to the Service will be terminated if your monthly membership payment is not received.

A yearly subscription will get you access for a whole year. Your access to the Site will terminate after the current contracted period, but you can stop the automatic renewal of your annual membership at any time.

CHANGES AND REFUNDS

If you're dissatisfied with the Service following your subscription, we provide a 14-day money-back guarantee. Please cancel your subscription through your account page and mention it in the comments, or email support@E100clubs.com to get a refund under the guarantee.

Because of the nature of the product, please be aware that this guarantee is void if your joining offer includes instant access to downloadable incentives.

Your account page allows you to cancel your monthly subscription at any time. However, because of the nature of the Service, there are no refunds for any membership payments that have already been paid, except the previously mentioned 14-day money-back guarantee.

You can always access the entire time you have paid for—a participant. As mentioned above, even after cancelling, you will still have access for the duration of the billing month.

You acknowledge that using these social media and community chat rooms is a privilege and that E100 Clubs LTD has the right to restrict or reject access to these areas for improper, impolite, violent, or threatening behaviour, among other transgressions.

Post offensive or unauthorized content on the community and social media platforms, you willingly provided. E 100 Club LTD will try its best to notify you of it. E 100 Club is not obligated to give notice and maintains the right to take prompt, appropriate action to safeguard the integrity of the E 100 Club brand.

Rights to your intellectual property in your materials

We make no intellectual property rights claims regarding the content you provide to E 100 Clubs LTD. You maintain copyright and other legal rights in any content you submit through the Site or Service. THIRD-PARTY THEFT OF, DESTRUCTION OF, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR USE OF YOUR INFORMATION OR PROPERTY, REGARDLESS OF OUR NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, FAILURE OF AN ESSENTIAL PURPOSE AND WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES IN NEGLIGENCE, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LEGAL LIABILITY.

THE preceding APPLIES EVEN IF E 100 Clubs LTD HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF OR COULD HAVE FORESEEN THE DAMAGES. IN THOSE STATES THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR THE DAMAGES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST POSSIBLE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN NO EVENT SHALL E 100 Club LTD's CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SERVICE YOU HAVE PURCHASED FROM E 100 Clubs LTD, AND IF NO PURCHASE HAS BEEN MADE BY YOU WE DO DIGITAL LTD'S CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

RESERVES OF THIRD PARTIES

Links to resources and websites operated by third parties may be found on the Site and the Service. You understand and accept that we have no liability or responsibility for the accessibility, correctness, content, or policies of websites or other resources operated by third parties. Any affiliation or sponsorship of such websites or materials by E 100 Clubs LTD is not implied by links. REIMBURSEMENT

You agree to defend and hold us harmless against any claims, damages, settlements, obligations, fines, assessments, costs, charges, and expenditures made by third parties, including without limitation legal fees, resulting from any violation by you of this Agreement—the use of the Site or Service by you, or breach of these Terms and Conditions. You will offer us any free support we might ask for about any such defence, including, but not limited to, giving us the information, records, documents, and reasonable access to you that we think are required. Without our written approval, you cannot waive any defence or settle any third-party claim.

IMPACT OF HEADINGS

This Agreement's paragraph and subparagraph topic headings are just given for convenience and have no bearing on how any of its provisions are construed or interpreted.

WHOLE AGREEMENT; RELAXATION

This Agreement replaces all previous and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings between you and E 100 Club LTD about the Site and Service. It is a complete Agreement between you and us. E 100 Clubs LTD may waive no provision of this Agreement, and no waiver shall be interpreted as a waiver of any other provision, whether or not comparable, nor shall any waiver be regarded as a continuous waiver. Without being signed in writing by E 100 Clubs LTD, a waiver will not be enforceable.

REIMBURSEMENT OF LITIGATION COSTS

The winning party or parties shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and other costs incurred in that action or proceeding, in addition to any other relief to which it or they may be entitled, in any legal action, arbitration, or other proceeding brought for the enforcement of this Agreement, or because of an alleged dispute, breach, default, or misrepresentation in connection with any of the provisions of this Agreement.

SEVERABILITY

The remaining terms of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. They shall not be modified, impaired, or rendered invalid if an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction finds any term, provision, covenant, or condition of this Agreement to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable.
